Pakta Restaurante

Huaraz & the Cordilleras

Easy to miss in Carhuaz is this uncharacteristically modern restaurant that opened in 2016, serving Peruvian food with a few Asian and European twists. A colorful ever-changing blackboard menu greets you at the door. Inside, the well-priced, well-presented food mixes fried rice dishes with most people’s favorite – giant homemade hamburgers served with chunky fries.
