Los Guisos Arequipeños

This huge, barn-like formal restaurant serves a long list of traditional Arequipan dishes such as chupe de camarones (shrimp chowder) and cuy chactado (spiced, fried guinea pig). Along with bow-tied waiters, it has bountiful gardens and occasional live music. It's in the suburb of Lambramani, 2km southeast of the center.
