There’s a distinct New Orleans look to this cheap hostel-like hotel with its wraparound upstairs veranda where you can enjoy a standard bread-and-jam breakfast overlooking busy Jerusalén. Rooms are nothing to brag about but the proximity to plenty of restaurants and nightlife (there’s an alluring Mexican place downstairs) means you don’t need GPS to find the action.
