While it's one of only two hotels in Koror with a beachside location, the (artificial) beach here is the clear winner: it's simply gorgeous, spread over 300m of sand. Alongside the beach there's a sweet swimming pool and a bar, as well as two well-regarded restaurants. An effortless tropical charm pervades the collection of cottages, which are set amid beautifully landscaped gardens.
The PPR also prides itself on its five luxurious over-water bungalows, built in 2015 – they're the first of their kind in Micronesia. Splash, a five-star PADI dive centre, is also on site. Outside guests who want to spend the day at the beach can purchase a day pass (US$50). Take note that swimming is only so-so at low tide.
