This hotel is blessed with a cracking view, possibly the best of any accommodation in Koror. From a hilltop perch on Ngerkebesang Island, you can see right over the lagoon to the other islands. Rooms are clean but a tad compact, and have uninspiring decor. Tip: plump for the spacious doubles with the requisite views; the smaller singles aren't such a good deal.
The outside terrace bar and the attached swimming pool, perched higher than the hotel, are a nice retreat on sweltering days. Prices include free daily access to Palay Pacific Resort beach. Note that the hotel has no lift.
