This roadside cafe is where most people stop to eat for lunch in Valldal. It's a homey place, with a long wood-panelled dining room where Norwegian staples like meatballs and reindeer stew are on offer. There's a huge Sunday lunch buffet, and the strawberry desserts are legendary. It's about 5km northwest of the village on Rv63.
