A step up from the red tents on the harbourfront, the fish market's small food hall has provided a smart, indoor home for Bergen's fish sellers since 2012. Each of the permanent stands has its own menu, but you can salivate over everything from a traditional, creamy bowl of fish soup, to the freshest, splurge-worthy oysters and caviar.
