In a nautical cellar space of the hip Hotel Brosundet, this first-rate seafooderie is Ålesund's most creative and interesting place for a fine-dining dinner. Fish, crustaceans and seafood from along the Sunnmore and Runde coastline form the core of the menu, from delicate cured pollack fillets to crispy halibut and a sublimely creamy fish soup. Expensive, but justified.
