Finca La Magia

Isla de Ometepe

Around 1km east of San Ramón, near the tiny settlement of El Guineo, this fruit-growing finca (farm) is the easternmost place to stay on the less-visited side of Ometepe. Run by an Argentinian couple, it's a chilled out place, with several simple bamboo-and-thatch rooms with mosquito nets open to the elements. Shower al fresco, and try the homemade passionfruit jam.
