This gorgeous ecolodge features cabañas perched high above the beach on a large organic farm that runs on solar power and recycles gray water. It's not on the beach, but there's a beautiful pool with views from here to eternity. The romantic rooms are the best on the island, and the restaurant, open to the public, is excellent.
