Tortugas Hostel

Top choice in Southwestern Nicaragua

Who needs a fancy seaside villa when you can get exceptional views of the Pacific from the infinity pool at this hilltop hostel? The location is second to none, the thatched-roofed dorms catch the breeze and the on-site restaurant serves great pasta (the owner's Italian), plus nica breakfasts. The double is very spacious but overpriced – though that's our only complaint.
