Surrounded by forest and fruit orchards, and perched on a golden crescent of sand in a gorgeous sheltered turquoise cove lined by coconut palms, this enchanting place features a variety of (very!) rustic cabañas on stilts. There are also three idiosyncratically designed solar-powered casas (houses) with small kitchens a bit further back.
The entire place is rather like a set from The Mosquito Coast, and it's run by Ramón, a Spanish artist/naturalist/bohemian, and his family. Excellent gourmet meals are prepared on demand.
