Head here in the evenings for your fill of the BX, León's famous dish. BX (bajón extremo) was coined by local students in the 1990s; it's the local take on the fritanga, consisting of gallo pinto (rice and beans), slaw and marinated grilled beef, topped with a tortilla and a piece of omelet, and served on bijagua leaves. The Mama Tere's stall is the best.
