Warner's Place

Now the president of the territory, Mr Warner isn't always around to open his restaurant, but when he is, this is the place to go for frito – the Caribbean coast's favorite cheap meal. It consists of a pile of thin green plantain chips topped with fried chicken and salad. It ain't healthy but it sure is tasty.
