Local boy and Swiss-trained chef Fred Ulrich returned to Pearl Lagoon after a long absence working in resorts all over the Americas, and has invested in his own impressive two-floor restaurant right by the water. Everything on the menu is top-notch, but the delicate shrimp pasta and the grilled fish in garlic are outstanding.
