This resort in the 'burbs was undergoing a massive refurb when we visited, with 26 new apartments and a restaurant being added. Sporting Tuscan colours, it has tree-shaded gardens, swimming pool, gym, sauna, minigolf course, tennis and playground. Rooms and apartments – all with spas – are spacious and modern.
