Pipers Lodge

Taupo & the Ruapehu Region

Back when Pipers started in 1966 it was a ski lodge, but these days you'll find everyone from backpackers and adventurous couples to school groups and families staying here year-round. It's nothing flash, but it's got a ski shop on site, three spa pools, a games room, bar and dining area, Tongariro Crossing packages and, most importantly, history.
