Across a busy road from Invercargill's ornate Victorian water tower, units at this crowd-pleasing motel have nicely modernised kitchens and bathrooms, and two-thirds of them have a spa bath. Two-bedroom units also feature roomy dining areas (our fave is No18 for its direct water-tower views).
