The town centre's best cafe serves up big breakfasts including waffles with bacon and maple syrup, and Middle Eastern-inspired shakshuka baked eggs. For lunch the global menu includes a great Korean chicken burger and Thai-style Massaman lamb curry. Local flavours and ingredients include beer-battered blue cod and a warm smoked salmon salad.
