Riccarton Sunday Market

Allegedly the South Island's largest outdoor market, this 300-stall extravaganza offers fresh produce, flowers, handicrafts, clothing, bric-a-brac and more. You'll also find every kind of food van imaginable, from the traditional (hot chips) to the not so traditional (try the Japanese okonomiyaki savoury pancakes). From the city, take bus 3 or 5 to Westfield Mall, then change to bus 130.
