Institution

The Institution may well be Christchurch's smallest bar – there's only room for around 20 punters upstairs – but there's no trade-off in the range of beers on offer. The taps often feature beers from smaller Canterbury breweries and there's a well-priced selection of interesting cans and bottles in the fridge. Service from the barstaff is chatty and friendly.
