Shwe Sa Bwe

Yangon

Based in a beautifully decorated mansion close to the north shore of Inya Lake, this fine-dining restaurant offers great value. It's run as a social enterprise and graduates from the training school here go on to work at the city's best hotels and restaurants.

The intake of 22 students per year are chosen from across Myanmar and come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Training is provided in both front-of-house and kitchen skills under the supervision of experienced local and international chefs.
