Even though it's on the edge of an industrial estate, this combined modern bakery, cafe and dessert bar drags in the crowds. It's famous for its faluda ('fa-lu-da' on the menu), a cocktail of custard, ice cream and rosy jelly. There's a pleasant courtyard garden and quieter cafe to the rear that's worth discovering.
It's a handy place for refreshments if you're out this way visiting the National Races Village or Thaketa Crocodile Farm or heading across to Thanlyin.
