Miti Miwiri

Northern Mozambique

One of Ibo's stalwarts, Miwiri reflects the island's magical atmosphere. Its lush walled garden is a popular place for people to hang for drinks, food, sheesha pipes and general info under the mango trees. The hotel occupies one of Ibo's finest old houses, and its large rooms have high ceilings and grand, if not opulent, decor.

Staff can organise excursions, flight bookings to/from Pemba, road transfers and international telephone calls. The hotel is at the end of Avenida República about 10 minutes on foot from the dhow port.
