Riad Dar Dzahra

Taroudant

The life's work of Frenchman Yves, Dzahra is the only clay riad in Taroudant. Ten spacious rooms are centred around several courtyards and a lovely pool, shaded by palms and bougainvillea. Family rooms feature sleeping alcoves that will delight tots, and French films are screened on the roof terrace.

Yves is very knowledgeable about the area and is happy to offer opinions and recommendations. Bicycles are available (€5 for three hours) as well as dinner (Dh130) and beer.
