Sip on a classic cocktail or one of their bespoke creations (Dh160) inside the stately bar of the Heure Bleue Palais, with its leather chesterfields, a pianist and a British colonial vibe. Or imbibe in the plant-filled courtyard, complete with lofty palms and an oud (lute) player. They serve a Moroccan tapas menu too.
