Le Jardin d'Eau

By far the best restaurant on the Blvd de 20 Août touristS strip, the Jardin d'Eau slings fragrant, flavoursome tajines, salads and meat-based mains sourced from a collective farm south of the city, as well as freshly caught seafood. Service is subtly attentive, and the decor is warmly exotic, with lanterns, wood carvings and an atrium bursting with plants. Live music nightly.
