In a palm-shaded, walled organic farm, these ecofriendly bungalows rock hand-carved wooden doors, carpets from nearby Tazenakht, palm-beamed ceilings and glossy tadelakt (waterproof plaster) bathrooms. By keeping the pool small and the toilets low-flow, the French- and English-speaking owners conserve enough water to grow 60 types of plants, including herbs and vegetables for Moroccan-Mediterranean meals (lunch/dinner Dh176/210), open to nonguests.
