Oualidia is famous for its oyster beds, which produce about 200 tonnes of oysters annually, and this waterfront restaurant attached to an oyster farm is a great place to slurp some bivalves. These come in three grades – the difference is the size. Order them grilled with cheese or chives, or au naturel. Paella and fried fish are also available.
The well-signed access road to the restaurant is off the main highway, at the entrance to town. It's an easy 15-minute walk from the roundabout in the upper town.
