Todra Gorge
Like a children's fairy tale you'll need to descend to the valley floor and cross a gurgling river to reach Taborihte's twin kasbahs framed by the rocky gorge. Between them is a large, inviting pool while inside a riot of decorative effects, from 3D-patterned floor tiles to coloured stucco and painted ceilings, gives a little zest to 40 standard rooms.
