The Balkans' first Hard Rock Cafe opened in Podgorica in 2015 to great fanfare. If you've been to any of the franchise's other 180 restaurants, you'll know what to expect. It's pricier than most food of its kind in the city, but worth the splurge if you're stinging for something familiar.
