Ulaanbaatar's best spot for coffee, the stylish American-owned UBean specialises in pour-overs using single-origin beans sourced from farms from Ethiopia to Honduras. All coffee beans are roasted on-site, and prepared by knowledgable baristas; there's also 12-hour cold drip for summer. Food is another reason to drop by, with homemade bagels, doughnuts, BLT sandwiches and cakes on offer (mains from T8000).
