Difficult to categorise, this charmingly derelict multipurpose collective is of most interest as a performing-arts and concert venue, but also contains galleries, yoga and dance studios, and a vegan cafe. Events happen two or three times per week, and the place is at its best during weekend parties fuelled by DJs or live bands.
