Located 6km southeast of Oxkutzcab, and 21km northwest of Tekax, this is a great stopover lunch spot. It's definitely for carnivores and here's why: it specializes in conejo (rabbit) and codorniz (quail) that have been farmed on the property. It's a working farm and kids get the chance to see firsthand where their food comes from.
Business folk enjoy heading to this well-organized palapa for tasty variations and combinations (yes, you've worked out the name). It's known for it's jicarada (mamey fruit, coconut cream, milk and alcohol).
