About 30km north of Mahahual, this off-grid inn and restaurant makes notably fresh seafood dishes such as mixed ceviche and fish fillet in raspberry-chipotle sauce. You can also book cooking classes here. After lunch, consider taking a drive up north along a coastal road toward remote fishing village Punta Herrero. It reveals spectacular scenery, but the potholed road is slow going.
