This unassuming restaurant below the Hotel Casino is one of Morelia’s most inventive places to dine. Talented young chef Lucero Soto Arriaga turns pre-Hispanic ingredients into exquisite gems of beautifully presented alta cocina. Try the atápakua de milpa, a rich seasonal squash flower soup, and the Zitácuaro trout with coconut and avocado sauce. Excellent selection of Mexican wines by the glass too.
