El Huachinango Feliz

A popular, atmospheric restaurant in the leafy La Cañada neighborhood. It has an attractive front patio with plastic chairs and umbrellas, and there's also an upstairs covered terrace. Seafood is the specialty here: order seafood soup, seafood cocktails, grilled fish that's beautifully crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, or shrimp served 10 different ways. The service can be slow but the food is worth the wait.
