This very cool bamboo construction has indoor and outdoor seating and is one of the most popular places in town. Has fabulous staff, and serves good breakfasts, some Chiapan specialties and international traveler classics such as burgers. There is a reasonable number of vegetarian options and really good fresh juices too. Fast wi-fi to boot.
