This popular, no-nonsense joint specializes in Guerrero-style pozole verde, the all-curing Mexican soup but here made 'green' with pepitas and mild green chilies. Clay bowls of hominy are accompanied by shredded lettuce, lime, onion and extras such as avocado or pork crackling. Specify pollo (chicken) or carne curtida (mixed). Refreshments include beer, agua de jamaica (hibiscus water) and top-shelf tequilas.
