For one of Jalisco's most emblematic snacks, head to this tiny taco joint named after the sole stool (banquito) parked on the sidewalk. Watch the chefs fry up tortillas and shred pork and goat meat and chicharrón (pork cracklings) before deftly heaping the latter on the former. The specialty, taco de birria dorado, is a hard-shell taco with goat meat.
Orders of three tacos include a complimentary cup of rich consommé.
