The work of art here is not courtesy of Wolfgang Amadeus, instead it's a verdant tropical garden (Jardín Macondo) filled with avant-garde Peruvian sculptures. Around the sides are the adults-only accommodations – four rooms with bright, artistic touches and all mod cons (some have king-sized beds and one features a kitchenette).
Three obvious bonuses: there's a pleasant on-site cafe, the owner is super-welcoming and Playa Carrizalillo (Puerto's most swimming-friendly beach) is a short walk away.
