Casamar

Puerto Escondido

North American–owned Casamar is a luxurious, comfortable and health-conscious vacation retreat. The 17 spacious, air-conditioned rooms are instantly impressive and all have gorgeous kitchens and tasteful Mexican art and crafts decor, much of it locally made. At the center of things is a large, fern-draped garden with a sizable pool.

Fitness training services are offered, and there are yoga classes. The Tuesday-night meet-and-greet also helps bring guests together. Excellent discounts for stays of a week or more.
