Tlayudas el Negro

Ask where to get the best tlayudas in town and locals will often point you in the direction of El Negro, where large grilled tortillas are filled with refried beans, cheese, lettuce and topped with optional beef, sausage or shrimp. El Negro has six locations but we like the atmospheric smoke-filled patio of the original Calle Guerrero joint.
