Camino Real Zaashila

Bahías de Huatulco

The Zaashila is rendered in smooth white adobe on a lovingly manicured terraced slope above the ocean, giving it a palpable Greek Islands feel. You’ll probably feel a bit like Zeus or Aphrodite when you book into your large ocean-facing room with its luxuriant sheets, Jacuzzi bathtub and king-of-the-gods-sized bed.

The other draw – if you need one – is the food. Two particularly fine restaurants slot seamlessly into the Garden of Eden grounds, including Azul Profundo.
