A short drive (or steep 10-minute walk) up above the Old Port, this place has one of the best sunset-viewing spots in town. There's a full menu of classic fare (mains US$10 to US$22), but you're better off coming for drinks (huge but pricey margaritas), best enjoyed on the breezy terrace overlooking the sea.
There's an excellent Italian restaurant next door.
