Torres del Fuerte

A 400-year-old hacienda that fuses colonial class and contemporary art, set around gorgeous gardens. All rooms are individually themed – China, India, Morocco – many with slate bathrooms and exposed adobe walls. Giant cacti frame the rooms, while high ceilings with wooden beams soar overhead.
