Cantina El Tenampa

San Miguel de Allende

With taxidermied bulls heads jutting out of the walls and shelves full of dusty bottles, this is a real spit and sawdust, cowboy's kind of authentic cantina. And it's appropriate that it should feel like something from a Wild West movie because the owner's father was a true-blue cowboy. Be warned that this is not a regular tourist haunt.
