This amazing-looking restaurant inside the Horno3 museum is well worth a splurge. The cooking puts a modern twist on Mexican classics with fare such as goatling tacos, red snapper in a grilled pasilla chile pepper paste and octopus tostadas. The evocative and beautifully crafted setting is superb.
