La Perla de la Roma

Roma

The true perla (pearl) at this superpopular family-style seafood restaurant is the mojarra frita (fried whole tilapia). The generously served dish comes with rice and an uninspired salad, but you'll forget about the greens once you try the crispy, succulent fish. La Perla is also known for its camarones a la diabla (shrimp in spicy chili sauce).
