Vibrant Saturday dinner shows at this ranch move from pre-Hispanic times to the modern day through different folkloric dances, costumes and musical instruments. Included in the price is a hearty molcajete (grilled pork, chorizo sausage, nopal, avocado and salsas) with an agua fresca (chilled fruit drink). The farm-like space is a good place to see local voladores flying around a pole. Reservations required.
The restaurant-ranch-hotel is a walkable four blocks north of the zócalo.
